Problem
Argument Out of Range Error
This error can be produced in the wall modules of RAM Elements with
models that contain a parapet, a bottom panel (below ground), and global
forces.

Workaround:
To be resolved in next release after v12.5.1. Delete parapet and add
load to account for load on panel.
