Problem Description
When attempting to export the Results Report to Microsoft Word 2016 with format included , an error stating the following is displayed:
"Please ensure MS Word is installed and running"
The error occurs even after verifying that Word is installed or attempts to reinstall the program.
Reason
Only the 64-bit version of Microsoft Word is installed while the affected versions of Ram Elements or Connection are 32 bit.
Solution
Uninstall the 64-bit version of Microsoft Word 2016 and install the 32-bit version. Using modern 64 bit versions of the Ram Applications should also work.
