Problem Description
Ram Connection version 13.00.00.56 files can become corrupt after saving, leading to an error, "Connection "*" does not exist," and all data in the file is lost.
A similar issue can affect Ram Elements model in version 16.00.00.37.
Reason
There is an underlying defect in our implementation of the SQL Database.
Solution
Fixed in version 13.00.00.59 (available from Technical Support through a Service Request) or in the released update 13.01.00.76. For Ram Elements the fix is in version 16.00.00.39 and later.
Immediately locate the .bak file and rename it as a .rcnx file in case it can be salvaged.
