Problem Description
I am unable to run STAAD tower as an user; it does not start and no errors are reported. I can run it as an administrator.
Response
STAAD Tower Comms Visa requires full access to the Programs folder.
Please ensure that as a user you have full access to the following folders.
C:\Program Files\Bentley\Engineering
C:\ProgramData\Bentley
