Problem Description
After converting a model from a prior version (from .etz format to .retx format) the file may become corrupted. The SQLite database specifically is broken. The common symptom is an "Access Violation" error opening the file. A similar issue can affect Ram Connection Stand Alone files (converted from .cnx to .rcnx format).
Solution
The issue is resolved in Ram Elements build 16.00.00.39 and Ram Connection build 13.00.00.59 and after. Contact support through a Service Request to get a copy of this build if it is not yet available on Software Downloads.
