Problem Description
The installation package for Ram Elements 13.05.00.224 and Ram Connection 11.01.00.224 will indicate warning about the publisher and when executed the package will extract files to the hard drive, but the installation setup will not launch automatically.
If you "Run" the downloaded exe you will see the files be unpacked, but nothing else happens.
Solution
Navigate to the folder where the file were unpacked and run setup.exe.
Default extraction folders:
Ram Elements - C:\BentleyDownloads\re130500224en\
Ram Connection - C:\BentleyDownloads\rc110001208en\
If a temporary patch was provided through technical support, that version will have to be uninstalled prior to installing build 224.
