Problem Description
There is an error in plotting of the axial force diagram (FX) for TRUSS members. Wedges are formed at the ends instead of a uniform plot. The values are correctly computed in the analysis..
Steps to Reproduce
- Open example 1. (X:\SProV8i SS6\STAAD\Examp\us\examp01.std)
- Run the analysis. Go to post processing - Beam - Forces page.
- Select member 20 which is a truss member and display just that member in the view
- Switch on the axial force diagram.
Instead of the plot being a constant value along the length of the member, it is shown as two wedges at each end.
The same error also exists in the plot of FX in the Beam-Graphs page.
