STAAD Advanced Analysis is a module of STAAD.Pro (or STAAD(X) that provides enhanced performance during analysis and a number of additional analysis features.
The Advanced Analysis Module provides STAAD.Pro with the following additional major features:
- Advanced Solver.
- Geometric Non Linear Analysis
- Additional Meshing Routines
- Pushover Analysis
- Steady State Analysis
- Buckling Load Analysis
- Advanced Cable Analysis
- Base Isolators (STAAD(X) only)
- Non-linear Time History (STAAD(X) only)
Within STAAD.pro SELECT series 5, the user must specifically request the use of the Advanced Analysis option on the start screen:
Otherwise, when attempting to run one of the Advanced Analysis options the follow type of warning will appear:
