Problem Description:
I am trying to run STAAD.Pro, it brings the splash screen, shows checking licenses, stalls for a minute and closes on its own.
Solution:
Please make sure that you are connected to the Connection Client.
If you are successfully connected to the Connection Client, check that Bentley.Licensing.Service.exe is running in Task Manager (Control Panel -> Task Manager -> Processes).

If Bentley.Licensing.Service.exe is not available in the list, sign out and sign back in Connection Client. You may see the service starting momentarily and vanishing off. In that scenario, uninstall Connection client and reinstall Connection Client .
