Problem Description
When importing and *.ism.dgn model to RAM Modeler the program Freezes and crashes, whatever be the workflow intended to generate the *.rss model has the same outcome.
Reason
There is not a reported reason as the problem is currently in evaluation.
How to Avoid
Wait for the new RAM SS release, our development team is aware of the issue and sooner a patched version will be available.
Steps to Resolve while new release is ready
- Perform a Clean Installation using a previous version of the program as the RAMSS.17.04.01.07
- Create a New *.rss file and follow the steps to Pull the model as showed on the next image:
