RAM Connection CONNECT Edition V13 Update 4 Patch 1 (v13.4.1) Release Notes – Updated March 2021

This is a patch for RAM Connection v13.4.0 release.

Resolved Issues:

• Limcon import forces convention fixes for base plates, end plates and bolted end plates.
  
  
• Limcon import flush end distance was not being considered. This is fixed now and end plates end distances are considered correctly.
  
  
• AISC splice plates includes now a geometric check to verify that the plate fit inside the wide flange brace.
  
  
• AISC transversal stiffeners demands were not being calculated properly for seismic design in a MEP for AISC Design Guide 4. This is fixed and demands are being calculated properly according to seismic frame for all connections.
  
  
• AISC moment end plate incorrect demands for shear yielding and shear rupture for axial only load case. These are now fixed and the demands are calculated according the specification.
  
  
• AISC horizontal column-beam-Brace connection titles were inverted when column was defined as transversal. This is fixed now and titles are shown properly for any column configuration.
