This blueprint is designed to get you up and running with STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition by focusing on modeling workflows. We have organized all the modeling collateral into this one, easy to follow repository, starting with an overview of STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition and a description of our licensing options:
STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition Overview
In STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition, the modeling steps of your workflow can be accomplished by either creating an Analytical Model or a Physical Model. By reviewing the information provided in this blueprint, you will be able to better understand the workflow that is best for your project.
Modeling in the STAAD.Pro Analytical Modeler
The STAAD.Pro Analytical Modeler is used to model your structure using analytical elements. The analytical model is a finite element model of the structure which is typically processed directly by the analysis and design engine.
