Problem Description
Users are unable to install Structural Synchronizer CONNECT Edition 11.00.03.04, getting a message that indicates, "Failed to copy payload for Bentley DgbDb i-model Importer (x64).
Solution
Look for the file ItgDgnDbImporter_1.6_x64.msi in the folder where the ssync11000304en.exe installer is located. If it is there, delete, rename or move it and try running ssync11000304en.exe again.
