In October 2019, the RAM Steel license was replaced with a single license that gives access to the entire RAM Structural System. This gives RAM Steel users access to every module in RAM Structural System – Steel, Frame Analysis, Frame Steel Design, Concrete, and Foundation. If you've only owned a RAM Steel license up to this point, or used RAM just to design steel-framed floors, there is a new wealth of capabilities to take advantage of. You can now use the RAM Steel model you’ve already built to analyze wind and seismic loads, size lateral frames, and design concrete elements including beams, columns, walls, and footings. Do all of this using the criteria, model, and applied loads you’ve already created in RAM Modeler and used for RAM Steel.
