Problem Description
In some circumstances the database of wall section cut data could become corrupted. The symptom is typically that the Concrete Shear Wall module would appear to initialize then just disappear. It might crash right away, or when trying to perform View/Update on a complex wall cross section
Solution
We have corrected the underlying problem and will include it in the next release, 17.01.00.00 or greater.
Meanwhile, the only solution we have found is to eliminate the existing section cuts in the file and start over with assigning Wall Design Groups, Section Cuts etc. A tool to delete the section cuts is available here: https://communities.bentley.com/products/ram-staad/m/structural_analysis_and_design_gallery/274079
