You are still queued for software

Problem Description

Message "When I try to run a module, I get the message "You are still queued for xxxxxx."

There have been cases with RAM, STAAD & other Products , when user is trying to run a module, he/she gets this message.

Solution

This message pops up if you are using SofTrack to monitor your application usages. To resolve/avoid this, you can pre-plan your usage or check with your ITs/colleagues if they can remove one of the users.
