Problem Description

During the RAM Frame Analysis, the analysis stalls at a certain point, such as during the Eigen Analysis or Solving Equilibrium Equations. When the problem occurs, the timer marking the total analysis time continues indefinitely and the process never runs to completion. If the program is forced closed, the analysis may run successfully but the problem reoccurs during a later analysis run.

Steps to Resolve

Check the box for "Use Single CPU Core" in RAM Frame - Criteria - General. Use this option as the default.
