Problem Description
After installing version 12.00.01.40 on top of the prior version 12.00.00.31 various problems can occur. Most notably, the link to launch Ram Connection from Ram Manager (version 15,09.00.13) is disabled.
Reason
A problem with our installer framework. Note, this was the first update to the program since the 64 bit version as introduced.
Solution
Uninstall the program from the Control Panel (all versions) and reinstall the program using the full download from Software Downloads.
