Description
I have activated STAAD Planwin license; I am still getting the message "Unable to create a new model, with reference to licensing" .
Solution
Go to the Control Panel -> Programs and Features and uninstall all the versions of Planwin and STAAD.Pro Connect Edition. Now, download the latest versions by following steps from the link below.
Software Download Instructions
While installing, please right-click on the file and select the option 'Run as administrator', though you may be the administrator for the machine.
Please note that though, STAAD.Pro Connect Edition is a 64-bit software and Planwin is a 32-bit software, they will work fine in a 64-bit machine.
