Do I need to install STAAD Planwin in addition to STAAD.pro?
In STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition which is a 64-bit software, you need to install it separately since STAAD Planwin is still a 32-bit software.
In STAAD.pro SELECT series 6, the Planwin functionality is built into the STAAD.pro installer; so this does not need to be installed separately.
