Problem Description
I am trying to open RAM Modeler and I get the message "Can not load RAM Modeler. Verify that it is installed or check if it is already running".
Solution
1) Make sure that the RAM Modeler license is activated.
2) Check that information in RAMIS.ini file located in default location C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Engineering\Ram Structural System, has all correct information. Since ProgramData is a hidden folder, it may not be visible on all user's machines. You have to go to the view tab and turn on hidden folders.
3) If the information in the .ini file is correct and you are still getting the error, then please reinstall the software or repair the installation file.
