When I launch the STAAD.Pro Connect Edition, I get the following error message
What should I do to rectify this issue ?
You are getting the message as the Bentley Property Catalog Service is stopped in your machine. You will need to start this service. Log in as the administrator, right click on the Task Bar and select Task Manager. Go to the Services tab. Select the Bentley Property Catalog Service, as shown in the picture below, right click on it and choose Start. Next time when you start the software, the error message should not appear.
