Problem Description
I am unable to install the latest RAM Structural System on my computer as the installation keeps failing at the beginning of the installation process. I'm getting this window.
Solution
Please check if your system has all the Windows latest updates installed in it. You can search for the Windows updates and confirm.
To check for updates in Windows 10, open Start Menu and click on Settings -> Update & Security settings -> Windows Update. Click on the Check for updates button. If any updates are available, you will see a list of them.
For Windows 7& 8, open Windows Update by clicking the Start button. In the left pane, click Check for updates, if any updates are found, click Install updates.
Make sure that you install all the security and optional updates available. Once, this is done successfully, install RAM Structural System.
