Problem Description
When opening or updating a saved repository a message appears indicating the ism.dgn file is not a valid repository.
Solution
This problem occurs if the saved repository mentioned in the file was created or saved last using Structural Synchronizer SELECT series 5, but the user trying to open or update the file has SELECT series 4 installed.
The user with the problem needs to update to Structural Synchronizer SELECT series 5 (or later) to work with that file.
The Build number for SELECT series 5 is 8.11.11.46
