Problem Description
When are importing an ISM repository into RAM Structural System CONNECT Edition some users have seen this error:
"Cannot find suitable RSS level for the given ISM Curve Member."
We don't yet know what is causing the elevation error but we have found a workaround for now.
Steps to Resolve
- When you the "Cannot find suitable RSS level for the given ISM Curve Member." error open the repository in the ISM Editor.
- On the table on the left side select the Story category.
- In the table on the right select all of the story levels and then click the Remove Selected Object button to delete the stories.
- The go to the menu and select File>Update and update the repository accepting the deleted stories.
- Exit out of Synchronizer and the Editor and import your repository into RAM.
ISM will create new stories for each floor as it is imported.
