If you get the IsmStructuralPropertyCatalog initialization failed please try the following.
- Uninstall Structural Synchronizer
- Uninstall the Bentley SPC Server and the Structural Property Catalogs
- Reboot your computer
- Reinstall Structural Synchronizer. It will also install new copies of the Bentley SPC Server and the Structural Property Catalogs.
