Problem Description
The flexural capacity associated with yielding (AISC 360 F9.1) was incorrectly calculated for WT members subject to major axis bending.
Reason
AISC 360 F9.1 limits the yielding capacity to 1.6 My when the stem is in tension and 1.0 My when the stem is in compression. My should be calculated using the smaller section modulus at top and bottom of the section. An incorrect My may have been used in the calculation.
Solution
The issue has been corrected in v15.04.00.
