Problem Description
Deflection check as per AISC 360-10 and AISC 360-05 is incorrect. It is reporting incorrect ratio and incorrect location of critical section. The CAN parameter is not being checked. CSA S16-09/14 and IS800 are also affected by the same bug.
Additionally in the check for AISC 360 2005/2010 when deflection governs the design, the forces are not being extracted and being displayed as 0.0 in the analysis output file.
Steps to Reproduce
Analyze the model
Review the results of deflection check from the analysis output file.
Workaround
As a temporary workaround, for the serviceability check, one may use the CODE AISC instead of the CODE AISC UNIFIED which would invoke the AISC 9th edition code for checking the deflection.
Solution
This is addressed in 20.07.11.82
