Problem
I have removed RAM Concept from the Control Panel but the installation for the 64-bit version will not start; is says the 32-bit version is already installed. There are no folders for RAM Concept in C:\Program Files (x86).Structural System"
Solution
The installer thinks that 6.0.0 is installed because the product ID appears in the registry.
Try explicitly uninstalling via the product id, like this:
msiexec /x {994F8172-432E-4756-857A-0B4066B138C6}
If the bundle still won't install, we need to modify the registry.
Run regedit.exe, look for the following key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
Rename the {994F8172-432E-4756-857A-0B4066B138C6} to xxx-{994F8172-432E-4756-857A-0B4066B138C6}, or something similar. Once, this has been successfully done, run the installation file again.
In case, the specific product ID is not present, download the 32-bit version of the program and install it. The installation will run fine. Once it is done, you can keep using it or uninstall it and install the 64-bit version of the program.
P.S. If you are not comfortable in updating the registry, please get help from your IT department.
