Problem
Plate element types are not supported in SACS
Solution
Plate element types are not supported in SACS. If you want the plate in SACS you will have to model it in the SACS model after you import the structural members.
Here is an excerpt from the SACS\Precede manual on importing ISM repositories:
The repository contains only physical members, not analytical members. A physical member is a continuous member that has a constant cross section along the length of the member, or whose cross section varies linearly (tapered) from one end of the member to the other end. Intermediate joints are not included in the repository. The cross sectional types that are supported are circular tube, rectangular tube, box (where the thickness of the top, bottom and sides are all the same), wide flange, plate girder, channel, prismatic, tee, angle, double angle and cone. If a rectangular tube is defined without the radius of curvature for the corners, it will be handled as a box.
