Description
I tried to install 14.07 with the "one click" button and it came up with an error 2738 saying it could not uninstall the 14.06 version.
Solution
The most likely reason that you are receiving this error message is that VBScript could not be run, either because VBScript runtime is broken or it is blocked by antivirus software that you are running.
First step to try – run the Microsoft Fix it. If that does not work, maybe it relates to McAfee as described here.
