Problem Description
When opening RAM Concrete Shear Wall, a RAM Container MFC Application Error is displayed and then the program crashes.
Solution
The crash is associated with out-of-date DLL files used by RAM Concrete Shear Wall. To resolve the problem, perform a clean installation of RAM Structural System using the instructions under the RAM Structural System heading on this web page:

When manually deleting folders after uninstalling the program, also delete the following folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Bentley\Engineering\Biaxial Interaction
