How to print intermediate section forces in the output?
The PRINT (MEMBER) SECTION FORCES command is used to print shears & bending moments at the intermediate sections of a member. Intermediate sections must be specified using SECTION command before specifying the PRINT SECTION FORCES command. The printing is done in the output in a tabulated form for all specified cases for that specified member.
The SECTION command specifies the sections along the length of a member, in terms of fractional member lengths, at which the forces and moments are considered for further processing.
For example, to print the section forces at 1m, 2m and 3m sections of a 4m long beam (member number 5), the command should be:
SECTION 0.25 0.5 0.75 MEMB 5
