Is it possible to delete a rule created in error from "Edit Load Rules for Auto Load Combination Generation dialog" ?

Yes it is possible. You can select a rule ( which is basically a row in the table ) by clicking on the leftmost cell of the row. This would highlight the entire row. Press DEL on the keyboard. Confirm the delete operation. Finally click on Update Table.
