Problem Description
When viewing my model in 3D View, the Column Design module, or the Concrete module, my columns are missing. Otherwise, I receive a message that RAMContainer has crashed.
Reason
Some graphics libraries installed with RAM Structural System are not functioning properly.
Steps to Resolve
Option 1 Perform a repair of RAM Structural System
Locate and run the installer for RAM Structural System (e.g. rss14030300en.exe, ramm14050400en.exe).
Click the Install button next to RAM Structural System (Change/Repair/Remove).
Click Next, and then choose the Repair option.
Option 2 Perform a clean installation of RAM Structural System
Refer to the RAM Structural System section of [[Performing a Clean Installation]] for detailed instructions.
Reinstall RAM Structural System.
If the options above do not resolve the problem, please download and install the latest driver for your graphics card as a troubleshooting step.
